Since Hurrican Katrina, there have been several articles written for the hemophilia community about how to prepare for such a disaster. How to get factor, where to store it, supplies....etc.
I must always be preparing for a disaster because most of that is stuff we worry about and deal with on a regular basis.
It seems like the elephant in the room of the bleeding disorders community is that insurance sucks and it's not getting better. It's not going to matter if a hurricane or natural disaster hits if I don't have insurance.
